| Settlement: | 1/3 on booking date, 2/3 30 days before arrival or the whole amount if booking date is less than 30 days before arrival. |

| Responsibility: | The Azienda is not taking any responsibility in cases of theft or burglary and all other injury or mischief during the stay. Our establishment and all installations correspond to the actual Italian legislation and rules. We suggest to control your insurance-policy before leaving for your holidays. |
| Cancellation: | - More than 40 days before arrival date = 30 % of the whole amount. - From 40-20 days before arrival date = 50 %. - Less than 20 days = 100% of the whole amount. |
